All of our electric bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty.

These are typically between 12 and 24 months from date of purchase, and cover manufacturing faults and defects, as opposed to wear and tear.

Some of the brands will offer considerably longer on their frames, and for some models, the motor and battery warranty is with the manufacturer of those parts.

Some of the brands offer an extended warranty if you register your bike with them.

If you find a fault with your e-bike, in the first instance, contact us. Our workshop technicians will carry out an assessment and, if appropriate, initiate the warranty process.
